The principal directions of „M.T.Z.-Serviss” service activities are as follows:

• preparing new machinery for operation;
• regular maintenance of the tractors;
• warranty servicing over the warranty period;
• repair of the tractors and/or consulting in repairs after the warranty period;
• training of the machinery operators.

We organise our work so as to be able to act fast and to render you quality servicing, wherever your tractor is. We have servicing branches in all regions of Latvia in order to be closer to the customer and spend less time on delivery.
Each product has a warranty period pursuant to the manuals of the manufacturing factory.
We offer each customer to conclude a servicing contract when he receives his new tractor. Following to such contract, we can offer simplified payment terms, as well as other benefits of our further co-operation.
If required, breakdown and diagnostic vans are ready to come to you at any moment. We continue to improve our work on development of our servicing mobility and expansion of service centres.
Having worked with many suppliers and customers, we are aware that successful operation of any machinery requires quality training in its working.
Initial training is available to the tractor owner or driver as soon as the tractor is commissioned.
Our customers may take a course of training arranged on an annual basis. Any person concerned about correct operation and interested in maintenance methods may participate. Training is conducted by engineers of the main design engineering bureau of Minsk Tractor Works, Minsk Motor Plant and the leading specialist of our company.
