PALAZZANI began its activity in 1935 with the production of agricultural equipment. In 1954, they started manufacturing the earth moving machines with an exclusive range of four wheel drive loaders (present model "Storm") powered up to 215 HP, as well as excavators and hydraulic crane trucks. The ongoing development allowed the company to broaden and vary their production.

In 1980 PALAZZANI S.A.S. becomes a joint-stock company that consequently follows changes in the company’s structure and profile: now aerial work platforms are manufactured on Palazzani’s plants.

Presently PALAZZANI Industrie S.p.A. is represented by “Paload” earth moving machines division and “Palift” aerial work platforms division.
